Holly Hall Retirement Community was a beautiful facility, but it was private pay. They did not accept Medicaid. The staff was fine. The building was nice. It was gated and protected. There was a beautiful entrance, the lobby area.
My father was in here for rehab on his toe and I have to say the staff are absolutely wonderful. The facilities are well kept. The organization is well ran. They took fine care of my dad. Absolutely fine care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This facility is by far the worst place to ever take your loved one. Specifically in the rehabilitation clinic. Majority (not all) but majority of the nurses and staff are not equipped to be here. They will not give medications on time, if your family member has a specific diet/nutrition meal plan, THE KITCHEN STAFF WILL NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL. A family member of mine was robbed (though management replaced the stolen item) stealing should never take place in a facility like this. This place is not safe!!! The owner should reevaluate its medical and health staff. So many violations are seen in this clinic. The only people I commend are the physical and occupational therapist! There are roaches and spiders as well. And some of the staff lack bed side manners. The black man that''s in charge of the facility has no clue on what he is doing or how operate a facility. Negligence upon negligence 😓. He only cares for title not the people.

Holly Hall Retirement Community was beautiful. It was gated. We had to stop at the gate before we went into the facility to talk to a security guard. The person I met was very knowledgeable. He gave us a tour and was very friendly. They had bingo there. We saw the dining area and because somebody had COVID, they were not eating in the dining room area. The residents were picking up their lunch. The dining area was gorgeous. The outside of the facility was landscaped beautifully.
