My Aunt stayed at several places and researched them all. This is the one she picked. They took excellent care of her and the support staff was great.

My mom was there in Feb and they were very nice to her was not very accommodating at times when she needed it and was not patient with her at times. Them my mom passed away. Some time later my dad got very sick and was in the hospital for some time got somewhat better and end up in that same rehab because he was near his home and don’t think he going to be there to long at the time he was not a hundred percent as far as being able to stand and pivot. There were not helping my dad at all I had come to visit and my dad was trying to get the bathroom from his wheelchair as I was walking in to see he had been sitting there for some time he said he had asked the aide to help him she said she be back but never did. I called someone when waiting for some time they just looked at me never said anything then finally after I complained then finally sent someone in and they said he wears and bag he doesn’t need Help I said that not what he needs you for!! He going to try to stand up himself and fall so someone needs to help then he asked for it they were not happy I said that for they seem to think his is in a diaper let him go in it we will clean him later on.. THAT ‘S HORRIBLE…and Then I go back After my dad passed away to get the stuff he had left there and they were not able to find any of His stuff and when I went there they said they would look for it get my number NEVER CALLED …That’s ridiculous as they come and will not refer this place to anyone and pls do not take your family member here EVER they don’t care about you or you family members..,and they had no regard to anyone’s well being.. I will never send any of my family members there EVER AGAIN..

I visited someone in the Facility today everything looked so beautiful and clean. All the residents seemed really well cared for and the staff were all very pleasant and caring.

We are scattered all over the country, so It was like a miracle to be together again, and good to see him enjoy the banter and have a laugh! We saw some of his old, charming self and loved the way he responded with appreciation to you and the aides who helped get him set up for the call. We will soon be in touch to set up another family Zoom visit!
