Read moreVery well arrangement of Easter egg hunt for kids. There were lot of kids. Everyone got tons of eggs. Lot of cookies, brownies, juice for everyone. Staff was fabulous, smiling, helpful. Kids had so much fun.
I worked there briefly through agency… the management and the way they allow us to care for your family is insane. The workers on the floor are doing their best but do not send your family here
Had me on hold for 15 minutes, called back & had me on hold another 5 minutes. Just had a question & no one ever came back on phone. I hung up!! Makes me wonder how this place is run. Smells good though not like other nursing homes.

Management is laughable - when we went to question them about why my MIL had "slow healing wounds" noone told us about, they were TERRIFIED at the thought of me recording their explanation, were not helpful, and are clearly hiding something because when they said "its policy" I asked to see the official policies and they wouldn''t show them to me. CLEARLY a lie, luckily my phone was recording in my pocket. The residents look neglected and after reading some of these reviews I can see it is not just my opinion. PLACES LIKE THIS SHOULD HAVE TRANSPARENCY THEY ARE SUPER SHADY.
