The entire time my mother has been forced to live in this facility they have been noting but rude and incompetent with her care and any communication with me or my family members. For 7 1/2 years I have been trying desperately to get her transferred to a different more stable facility. But thanks to distance, no transportation I don''t drive, and lack of help from family members we have been seriously stuck. Hospital made my uncle her POA and he visited in the hospital twice with my cousin and gave permission to give her a life saving feeding tube surgery in August 2021 while she suffered with a stroke, pneumonia, and a case of covid 19, she fell twice while not being monitored over the Thanksgiving holiday she was rushing to the bathroom from constant bouts of diarrhea from tube feedings and them forcing purees foods three times a day thru her already severely damaged throat and esophagus she is now down to only 107 pounds. I just had an elderly case lawsuit dropped because of my uncle''s her POA''s lack of help staff keeps lying to him and he''s been dumb enough to believe everything and not demanding to speak to his own sister!!! Me and my mother are in for the battle of our lives and I will stop at nothing to save her life she is only 64 years old and looks twice that now and like a living skeleton. I have now contacted two more elderly abuse law firms and awaiting their response by Gmail and phone!!!!! I would never recommend this nursing home by any means to anyone they have been a complete and total nightmare to have no choice but to put up with many prayers needed for my mother and that I can get her out in time!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏 🙏🙏💔💔💔💔💔😫😫😫😫 Only two phones available to over forty residents so they can talk to relatives and friends
