The facility is always so clean, the staff are so friendly so very caring to each resident. It’s a great place for your loved ones to maintain their independence while at the same time knowing they have great caring helpers at hand should they need it. It’s more of a family atmosphere there than anything else! Just a great comfort to know your loved one is being looked after and taken such good care of! When my mother and I toured the Heritage Woods of Benton Community, we were so impressed at how beautiful and clean everything was! We were introduced to many of the staff members and they were all so friendly and welcoming! They answered every question I had and didn''t pressure me in any way. It will be a while before any final decisions are made but we know when the time is right, Heritage Woods will be our first choice!
