I have a loved one that was recently at Heritage for a hip fracture. The staff was so caring and therapy was amazing. I was worried that they would rehab enough to be able to return home. And therapy gave them that extra push to get back home. They even give you options for food when ordering your meals. The staff walks around and lets you know the options and if it is something that you don''t want they give you other options. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. They walk around and speak as they pass you. I was happy when they finally opened up, so that we could visit.

My brother has been there for two and half years therefor I am frequent visitor . The kindness and care that the staff shows while caring for the residents warms my heart . I know this is their job but they go above and beyond a lot . Sure there are problems, there always gonna be but the way they step up and handle them is beyond the service standard . I ask one of my favorite nurses ( she is the weekend 4th floor nurse I think so I hope she sees this 😀) How do you do this ? She said “ with a lot of love in my heart they are all my babies “ . I think of her a lot and how lucky Trevecca is to have her . I know there will be a special place in heaven reserved for these folks . I might want to add the facility is very clean and my brother can be a quite the challenge 😀.
