My sister recently died at this facility after being their for 6-7 years. I am so grateful for their love and care they gave her. She had more challenges than anyone I know. She was so strong. Being strong in spirit made her more challenging for her caregivers. The last year or 2 she declined and became a total care bedbound patient. She never had ski. Breakdown and even survived covid. I will always be grateful for the staff there from administration, nurses, cna''s, housekeeping, dietary, office staff, social workers were great!

Been here multiple times visiting a family member. They are so short on staff. People have to wait long periods of tine to have their needs met. We’ve even been here and seen the ones that live there fall because no one is around to help when they need help. Mother’s Day weekend was especially bad! Nurses’s and CNAs running around and no extra help. I felt bad for them and really bad for my aunt and all the people that live there.

Extremely unprofessional. The director of nursing can’t make anything better when she’s in the middle of administration and the assistant director of nursing. They are friends that go out and drink and party together. Personal life is too involved. Morning meetings are spent on Tinder looking for a new boyfriend for the administrator. They are all young and inexperienced and unprofessional.
Read moreThe administration is on point. The administrator has turned that place around and holds her staff accountable. She works hard at what she does and you can see her compassion for the residents there.
