My family member has just got here. So far everything is good. The staff seems nice. Well the stay there was very good. I recommend this for a family member. The staff treated her like family and that when comes down to it is what you want.
On the outside it looks really well kept, nice clean facility. Inside; employees (starting at the top) the turn around is constant and many of the other employees are not very nice, caring employees, unwilling to help their residents with what they need. Not very good advocates for their resident...

In my opinion the facility looks too dirty & unorganized to even hold ANYONE to the standards they did. Lol. A waste of time. Also, from the time I walked into the door, I noticed that the staff was very unprofessional to say the least.
