Need to be invested! Too many patients dying of COVID-19! Staff are infecting these poor senior at a high number rate including my mother! The public was NOT allowed to enter into the nursing facility for a year now so far!

I cannot say enough good things about the facility. The therapists are wonderful! Occupational, physical, and speech (although I didn’t have speech therapy, I saw the great results) therapists were patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They listened to me and then worked with me to regain what I’d lost with illness. I’m so grateful. The nurses and nurses’ aides were conscientious and caring. I trusted their advice and looked forward to my interactions with them. From managing medicines and vital signs, to bandages and minor health issues, I counted on them to help me improve. The Activities Director and social workers were very helpful. They provided information when I needed it, and followed up on matters requiring their expertise. Being in a facility for health reasons can be a bit scary, but the variety of opportunities to socialize helped make it easier and more enjoyable. Obviously, I hope I won’t need another period of rehab or nursing care in the future. But if I do, I know where I’d prefer to go - Heritage Manor West. I’ll recommend it to my friends and family too.

This facility is awesome looking. If your loved one is thee! Watch for weekend treatment The food served to residents is rice. Rice. Rice. Zero fresh fruits or vegetable Unless u want canned veg all From a can!!! I understand it is hard to get goos help! Friday’s 5 pm until Monday 8 am. Most c n a are on the phone in the visiting areas Nurses no longer have to be present in the cafeteria at meal time. C n a do not have to be present. So where are they ?? I am so disappointed I believed in this facility did my homework ! Now ?? What do U do ?
