How unprofessional. Also while still grieving and preparing for her funeral I went to get the things that were left behind and they couldn''t find them. The hospice lady was rude and blamed the funeral director for the loss of my mothers glasses also claimed I wasn''t rushed from my mothers side. While grieving the last thing anyone wants is to worry about their loved ones belongings. Especially when you were told to leave them and they would be sent with her. And whats even more sad is I was warned this would happen which is why I packed all I could and took it from the room before her passing I shouldn''t have had to worry about any of that.
