My sister who is sixty five was a patient at this facility for rehabilitation, she had very little rehab an hour a day Monday ~ Friday if she was lucky. She was put in diapers and left in bed, in a few weeks she was admitted to the hospital with double pneumonia, UTI and severe dehydration. She hadn’t had a shower in the six weeks she was there due to Covid they said. She was in the room with a older lady for a while and told me the staff would bring her food trays in and never help her eat, let it sit there and then trash it, so if you have family in this place you better check on them every day.

Do not trust this place. My mother in law almost died in there care went to the hospital with intense dehydration and liver levels thru the roof. They keept stating she was fine even though she had nothing to eat or drink. After demanding she go to hospital they sent her with no pants no panties on no bra just a shirt to the hospital. Like what really happened to her one can only speculate. Ohh they lost her wheelchair and keep running out of her meds as well. There Administrator Adam when you call about these things is extremely disrespectful and condescending, and shows no epathy or sigh he cares. Just rudly stats well what you want me to do about it. He does not provide real leadership or show he cares what so ever this is ridiculous, and something needs to be done in regards to him and the nurse practioner who will allow your loved one to suffer and die.

I am writing this due to my experience with my Mother staying there Feb. thru April My mom has dementia so would not let her needs be known...little care did she get...1x no attends on ..their reason was because she tore them up...2x I had to walk thru them to get to her bed, one aide said she tore it up during the night..this was about 12:30 p.m....she was their for rehab due to a fall in Dec....she got another fracture and no one seemed to know when she got it....never had access to water, even tho she could drink by herself...that led to a visit to St Marys in March..Dehydration and UTI and maybe finding the 2nd fracture which was never mentioned to Family until they were ask why she wasn''t being got up...of course no weight bearing we were told...IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE, PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE....she was on 1st floor then to 2nd floor, visit to St Marys, back to 1st floor
