I was a resident from October 2021 to August 2022 I was forced out today I asked for the certified mail from the appeal process. I got a printed copy from an email. I had a lot of clothes. The administrator came in with 4 maintenance men for a show of force tactic. Oh that''s awful on so many levels. I was given a 30 day notice maybe two days after my insurance stopped covering my stay for good reason I don''t dispute that I wasn''t trying to squat or freeload. I had an exit plan with home choice and already qualified the administrator didn''t care not his problem. I totally understand can''t live somewhere for free how can he put people in the streets or a homeless shelter. I was always nice to their staff and really liked them and could tell it was mutual. I''m 52 disabled always horrible pain. Always worked hard needed that time there. Now imagine that for any reason your loved one there insurance stopped paying and you can''t self pay. The administrator doesn''t care. He''s heartless and enjoyed today. I heard his sick comments after firing employees. He enjoyed that. Wow! I feel sorry for the staff most are amazing people they I''ll truly miss

Not fit for humans. Dirty , unsanitary poor care. STAF MEAN AND APATHETIC. Reorting to board of health .
