We had high hopes when they sent my mom here after surgery. The staff is good. But of course under staffed. The weekends you will wait an hour for them to come to you. The rooms are the smallest I’ve ever seen. There’s no room for visitors. They brought in some metal fold chairs in for us. Still...

We had high hopes when they sent my mom here after surgery. The staff is good. But of course under staffed. The weekends you will wait an hour for them to come to you. The rooms are the smallest I’ve ever seen. There’s no room for visitors. They brought in some metal fold chairs in for us. Still super small. They do not provide a tv. Her sweet roommate let her watch hers. Most places have 2 on the wall one for each patient. The craziest thing is NO SIDE RAILS. nothing to get ahold of to turn yourself or get up at all. I guess this is an Ohio thing. But it’s the worst !! Imagine having surgery and nothing to hold to to turn or anything!!! The therapy is pretty good but bc my mom didn’t jump right up and after having a huge surgery still had staples the therapist pretty much wrote her off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place. Unless you like a tiny room no rails or tv while you’re spending hours in bed doing nothing.

I''ve been a resident here for a few years and the administrator is so nice and he makes sure to talk to all of us residents including the employees. He listens and really shows he cares. And the activity department is amazing. All 3 of those ladies are so nice and go above and beyond for all of us ...

I''ve been a resident here for a few years and the administrator is so nice and he makes sure to talk to all of us residents including the employees. He listens and really shows he cares. And the activity department is amazing. All 3 of those ladies are so nice and go above and beyond for all of us to make sure we all feel includided. And the Nursing staff is nice and also caring and the AIDs go above and beyond to make sure our daily needs are met . Dr Apgar is also a great guy along with being a great doctor. He takes the time to listen to all of our questions and trys to answer the best he can. He takes our concerns seriously and has great bedside manners .as well as some good dad jokes. Housekeeping does a great job at making sure the place stays nice and clean and disinfected and those 2 guys Benny & Ralph are AMAZING they do anything you ask and make sure you get what you need from a cup holder on your chair to a new remote for your TV. Therapy is also great at what they do making sure each and everyone of us get up to the capabilities that we are able to and making sure were back to our selves in no time. And lastly dietary They try their best to make food to accommodate all residents and their diets with offering substitutes and also try new recipes and they also listen to our inputs on what we do and don''t like. Also social services and the admissions department make sure to know their residents and making us feel welcomed. Mostly all the staff is very kind and helping. Janet Leedy
