Horrible, Horrible place. Administrators are INCOMPETENT! No communication. They sent the bill for my mom to her at her previous address... an assisted living facility. I had personally talked with the office manager and informed him that as her guardian, I am responsible for her bill. He has seen me numerous times, and has my email address... still never received bill! Going on 3 months, I have NEVER been contacted for a care assessment meeting. Very run down facility. My mom rolled out of bed 3 times. I asked for a mat to be put be beside her bed. 2 weeks later, still nothing. They constantly move her room and do not inform me. A lot of agency staffing, so most nurses have no clue whats going on. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
