Read moreLia, my wife was admitted in early Jan 2022, suffering from brain cancer. The nurses and staff were great. They took care of her until she passed on 5/14/22. She liked the people caring for her, some she said she loved them. To all of the staff, my deepest thanks for your care of my baby.

I can''t say it enough, nurse Sandra shame on you. I hope you treat the patients with kindness and respect. Have mercy on your soul This is not a place you want to bring your family or friends to rehabilitation.

If I could give this place a zero i would. Terrible place to leave your loved one. My father was ignored and neglected while he was there. Tried to speak to the head nurse who was extremely rude and wanted no input from the family at all. I complained to Lisa, social services director who in turn informed the head of nursing and the administration, regarding the issues we encountered every day. Nothing was done except to move him to a remote room with no other patients or staff. To say we’ve been upset is putting it lightly. We removed him from the facility, without speaking to anyone. Just walked right out with him. We have still not heard from anyone in charge about that. I would highly suggest not leaving anyone you care about in that place.

My mother-in-law was released from the hospital to rehab and this was the only bed available for her in town at the time. The room had pealing wallpaper, old furniture, dirty linens, and a bathroom with black grout. Many of the meals were served in take out boxes with flimsy plastic utensils. We rang the bell to and no one would respond. It is terribly understaffed, and without a doubt the most depressing healthcare facility I''ve ever seen. I was mortified. Where are the healthcare inspectors? This place needs to be shut down. DON''T let anyone release your loved ones to this facility.
