Looks are deceiving! Nice looking facility but if your looking for care, good luck! Where do I begin… the food is awful and barely warm when it arrives. Filling out the menu doesn’t mean that’s what you’ll get. There is a serious shortage of help (aides). One aide told my Mother she wasn’t her aide so she wouldn’t help her to the bathroom. She said she would tell my Mother’s assigned aide. That aide never came so I helped my Mother to the bathroom. Rehabilitation staff were very good and the only bright side to this facility.

They are severely understaffed and good luck talking to anyone in management. And the place is lousy with COVID, staff and patients. [Edit 8/22/22] I followed up with Customer Care after reading other similar reviews and haven''t heard back.

Holy Christ!, where to begin. Father-in-law given terminal diagnosis and referred to hospice. Oddly, this facility said they can keep him?!?!? Turns out, they haven''t put him in hospice and thusly mother-in-law is told that she has to pay $14,000 a month. Medicare would be covering this in ACTUAL HOSPICE facility. Avoid these crooks! Care is also non-existent. Teeth not being brushed, not being repositioned to avoid bed sores, no shaving or washing, meals just being left on table. Reporting this dump to authorities as soon as we can get him out of here.

Since it''s Promedica now, it''s better than when it was just Heartland. My husband was there for recently Rehab. During his stay, My husband had to go to the hospital. After 3 days, they cleaned out his room. That''s understandable. I went to pick up his belongings. They stole his thinsulate blizzard gloves along with his snacks (Butterfinger, pepperidge farm cookies etc..). HIS BELONGINGS ARE HIS BELONGINGS. We are NOT happy with the thievery If it''s not nailed down , personal belongings Will disappear After husband''s release from the hospital, he was sent back to pro medica skilled rehabilitation center. With the promise that we would be reimbursed for all of his missing items. He''s been there for 3 days now and nothing. Thank You to the New team. Everything has been replaced

My father was inpatient here for two weeks. The communication was terrible. No one called me to set up a meeting to go over his plan of care. I had to call several times to call several times to try and get info on his plan. His clothes were not changed for the last five days he was there. He only had one shower his whole stay there. I was told two days prior to his discharge he was going back to his assisted living. He needed a Walker prior to leaving and I had to find a Walker for him. I was told they ordered one and it would be delivered. A week and a half later NO WALKER. I had to call back and inquire about this and miraculously "oh it will be delivered tomorrow". His assisted living was never notified on the day he returned. They had no paperwork no prescriptions sent over. And he was on two new medications. His electric razor went missing along with the charger. I spoke with 4 different people about this. I have a receipt to Zachary and I was NEVER REIMBURSED. I tried calling to speak with a supervisor and was on hold for over 15 minutes. I spoke with Joan and told her all of the above concerns and she said she would call me back with answers...NEVER CALLED BACK. DO NOT send your family member here. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I received the utmost excellent care from every nurse, nurse''s aide, PT & OT therapist, nurse practitioner, and social worker that tended to me day or night. This facility is immaculately clean, and thankfully practices strict Covid rules. The only negative I have to say regards the food. It seriously needs to be better. Then again, I wasn''t there for the food. I was there for extended medical treatment and therapy of which I can''t complain about in the least. I highly recommend this facility.
