I have loved living here for a little over 8 years at The Residence at Franklin Park. This a low income/Section 8 through Hud apartment building, so to qualify you must be either at least 62 years old or disabled. We have many activities and events through out the year sponsored by either management or Resident Outreach, even occasionally one of the businesses/ community organizations in the neighborhood like: dances, every Saturday morning coffee hour, potlucks, garage sales, Bingo, movies Thanksgiving/Christmas functions fundraisers, Reps from different organizations in neighborhood or city come talk about programs/ services they offer if we''re interested, medical services that would benefit us, health/fitness lectures, wills/Life insurance and more. Now I don''t like since the Pandemic we have had an increase in pest problems, but management is helping to get that under control. This is the first apartment building I''ve lived at where almost all tenants know each other and are friendly. Giving 5 ⭐️⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾.

I wonder how this building is able to accumulate patients when they don''t even answer their phones. The admission team is needs to grow!!
Absolutely atrocious experience at this place. They will avoid answering the phone for DAYS. When they do answer, they are defensive and rude. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. How could you get in touch with or check on your loved one if the staff doesn''t answer the phone ...
