How this place has 3.4 stars is beyond. I am glad I made the decision move my mom to the Globe facility. What a HUGE difference! I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before putting any family in the Safford facility. This place doesnt care about your loved ones. I found my mom solid multiple times, they talked down to her, half of her stuff I purchased her went missing. The director put all the blame on my mom. I could go on and on, but please really look at other options. The Globe facility has been awesome.
Read more,My son broke his hip and went to Haven of Safford rehab. The staff was helpful and kind. The rehab got him moving and able to come home within a month. I''m extremely grateful to all who worked with my son. I would highly recommend this facility.

My mom spent the last year of her life in the PCU at Haven of Safford. I will always be thankful that she was in a facility where the nurses and staff were so kind, personable, and caring. When I called, the nurses always knew Mom’s situation well enough to update me. If I couldn’t get a nurse on the phone, I could always tell the front desk staff and a message was relayed. The staff was consistent on getting back with me when I left messages. The nurses and CNA’s in the PCU were very helpful and compassionate toward Mom and me too during her last days. You are all appreciated by our family.

I am leaving 4 stars because my brothers stay wasn’t perfect but the staff tried hard and were quick to fix any issues we had.

I was at this place for about 3 weeks trying to get back on my feet after spending 2 weeks in ICU from diabetis they do not follow a diabetic food menu some of the LNA are very disrespectful and down right mean you call with the call button and it''s a n hour or more wait I was discharged on a friday at 3 PM with no med I need they tell me well you will just have to make a appointment with your family doc as soon as possible. The rehab place is a joke they didnt help at all I will never go back there and never recommend the place. 0stars from me
