The only real complaint we have had is we were told if we gave 48 hours notice they would have someone to take her to her doctors appointments. We were then told it only runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays when trying to schedule a ride on a Friday. I do think they could be more detailed with that inform...
The only real complaint we have had is we were told if we gave 48 hours notice they would have someone to take her to her doctors appointments. We were then told it only runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays when trying to schedule a ride on a Friday. I do think they could be more detailed with that information up front when residents first move in. It is still pretty early in our expeinrece but my mom does seem to be happy here so far.
Read moreI really liked Harvest of Roanoke. The only problem for us is they don't have medical services there on-site, and they didn't have respite services at the time that we needed them. But I believe they do now offer respite stays.
We had a very positive tour with Harvest of Roanoke, I think it is the best of the best.
