My recent visit to Harmony at Enterprise Senior Living showcased a commendable approach to inclusivity, as residents of various ages and with diverse conditions coexist harmoniously. The residents displayed sociable behavior amongst themselves, enjoying the freedom to navigate different areas throughout the building. The staff members exhibited a friendly and respectful demeanor towards residents, engaged with them in hallways and demonstrated attentiveness to their individual needs and routines. Noteworthy is the pleasant ambiance within the facility, evoking the comforting scent of home, devoid of any unpleasant odors. During the tour of the facility, I was accompanied by the Executive Director, Sarita Scott, who conducted herself in a highly professional manner and graciously addressed all inquiries I had.

Anyone that disagrees is simply because they lack in their services and dont want to adhere to rules and regulations or constructive criticism. Sarita is the ED and is very respectful and understanding any criticism from her is constructive that helps to mold you into a better employee. She is hands on when needed, she believes in equality and respect .Thank you to Paige who took the time out to make sure I knew how to navigate the systems needed to do my Job. Sarita the ED has been nothing but professional and respectful towards me. My experience thus far has been educational. I am grateful to work for people who are interested in my growth within the scope of my practice. I have been working at harmony assistant living for the past 5 months. It is a very beautiful place to work and live. I am one of the first staff to be hired in the nursing department, lady Paige a very educated. Well trained professional well organized leader,lady Sarita, a well trained professional leader that always looks out for al her workers and assisted us in every and every way to let us work together as coworkers and family here at harmony .I am still here working I learned allot drom lady Paige I am a CMT at the moment and from what she and Sarita taught me I can pass my lpn exam I came here empty and right now I am so full of knowledge all because of these two wonderful professional well trained ladies. The ED Sarita is not only professional, but also a very down to earth person that I respect. she insures that she meets our needs as best as she can and I truly appreciate that. Even when I had sick family members at home and could not make it to work she took the time out to personally check on me and if I needed anything. I am very grateful for a boss of such nature. The ED her name is SERITA is the WORST person on planet earth she looks down on people and disrespects people. Every administrative work is inconsiderate, don’t ask opinions of the workers and never verify information before taking actions. They will terminate you without any reason just for their own ego . RUN FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!
