I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Everyone is having staffing issues; however, they have been proactive about taking care of the residents during this time.. This is a testament to the management team they have. The staff does a great job at staying in contact with me and my loved one. Every manager knew each resident during the tour.
Read moreWe are looking at this community for a family member now and we like it a lot. The staff are very good at what they do. The biggest complaint i have was some of the things that we were promised were never delivered and my mother - in law- just went without the beginning introductions.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour, the community was very nice but pretty expensive.
This community was just as nice as the community that we went with the cost was just out of the range of what we were looking for for our loved one.
This community is very nice and clean and friendly. It is like living at a resort. The only thing is if I could change anything it would be transportation more than one time a week. I also wish that it wasn't month to month due to raises in the rent.
