No consistency from floor to floor with nursing care and their assistance. 2nd floor patients lined up in their wheel chairs staring at each other all day long. 2nd floor much dirty and poorer staffed the 3rd. Never made it to the 4rd. Missed medication. Bed not changed until the 5th day. Roommate lying on urine for hours. The doctors are part time and only are there 1 day a week. Hard if not possible to send and receive messages to the doctors through the nurses. The nurse in charge of my discharge assured me that I would be sent home with enough medication for 5 days because my p c p is in Boston and would need to see me and the discharge report before any prescriptions. They sent me home missing 2 medications. Went back that night to get them. They had one but we''re out of another. 2 of the other prescriptions only had 2 or 3 day left. These were all heart related medications. They never faxed my discharge report to my p c p. I contracted administration 5 days ago no return phone call. Overall awful and shameful way to run a nursing facility. There were some good nurses and aids, but the bad ones greatly outnumbered them. Update on Jan 16, 2019. Never did receive a call back from administration regarding the 10 days od missing notes from my discharge. I went there in person twice. Both times all the administrators were in meetings. I left a letter with my request. It''s been 3 weeks and no reply. Back to the facility. Most of the rooms co share a bathroom between them. The nurses use these bathroom often for various purposes. Over my 19 day stay I never saw or heard a nurse wash her hands. Their glove uses was rare. There were no hand washing stations in the rooms or commons areas, only a pump of hand sanitizer at the nursing station. The place would be devastated by ant type of flu outbreak, or worse. Keep yourself or your loves ones away.
