My mom has been there for 2 months and the staff has been wonderful to her i go see her everyday and they are all friendly and polite.
They were very friendly staff , clean environment, and answered all of my questions and concerns.
I was there for rehab and the therapist were all very good.
The floor staff is trying to do their job but the director of nursing, social services (Meka) and unit manager (Jada) are totally unprofessional and do not follow up on requests.
While visiting my grandfather staff came in multiple times to check on him. I like knowing that they come in often to make sure he’s okay. He’s in new clean clothing every day so I know he’s getting washed up. I believe he is in good hands here. It’s hard to trust when it comes to your loved...
