My friend stays there and is not treated well at all. He doesn''t get breakfast nor is given a snack before he has to go to dialysis where he will stay for about 5 hours. He said some of the nurses are rude to him and don''t seem to care about his comfort at all.
This place truly keeps customer service first and it shows! The employees all are amazing and I love it here!
Where they take advantage of the AIDS and double the patients briefs. The nurses does not care about the patient but they''re more interesting and abusing their power.

Cascades Healthcare has newly acquired this community. The team here is excellent and truly care about the people they care for. There are exciting changes happening under the new ownership and you can feel that excitement in the community with both staff and residents!
