Stay away from this place. Staff is uncaring and slow. Waiting a hour or more for assistance is normal.Meals arrive cold.Gave me one shower in 2 wks
So far they are taking care of my father very well even though he is only here temporarily. The staff are super friendly. I honestly don''t know why it has a 2.8 rating when it should be 5. No trouble thus far. The only downside I have is that my Dad can''t leave his room unless he gets the booster ...

I honestly believe they should allow him to go outside at least to enjoy some fresh air. Not be cooped up in his room all day.
