Only put a 1 because it wouldn’t let me put a -5. Most horrible management I have ever witnessed in my 23 years in healthcare. The Director of Nursing should loose her license. Never have I seen such unprofessional behavior. I pray the other current residents do not have any significant medical needs because the incompetency level is significant and resident safety should be a big concern. I will make it my personal goal to make sure no one else is treated the way our loved one was.
Read moreWe have had several family members stay at Great River Care Center. The stays have been nice. The staff works to get to know the residents which is endearing. It''s a smaller facility but that''s what makes it more like home.
At a very difficult time for my brother he needed care far more than family could give. McGregor care has been top notch. Professional care.
