This place KILLED my mother - she was there was a short rehab stay following a hip replacement prior to returning home and she had a stroke after being in this place just 5 days and they didn’t take her to the ER for THREE DAYS - by the time EMTs were called she had had an acute stroke and over half of her brain had bled over the three days they ignored all the signs of a stroke. She died as a result of her stroke - she was a healthy, strong woman living independently in her own home and was fine when she was transferred from Ascension Sacred Heart following her surgery - did great at the hospital - but was in this place for less than a week and subsequently died. They need to be closed down. Medicare — do your job! Stop giving 5-star ratings to these places that clearly are killing their patients!
