Never ever again. I am a patient and understanding person. But this is something I’ve never experienced in my whole entire life. Came in at 12:30am for pain and left at 7:30am without being seen because I could no longer do it. Got an IV put in three times which was painful and then they forgot to unlock the IV to get it flowing, considering I mentioned several times how I felt dehydrated. There were a few people there before me who have been waiting for a minimum of 5 hours. Maybe understaffed and what not? But almost 8 hours of waiting is absolutely ridiculous. If you are even in dire pain, do not go here. I know covid has its impact on hospitals. But this is something besides that, considering most of the people I heard complaining of stuff that had to nothing to do with covid it was all just going by slowly and the diagnostics with the test results also. If I could give 0 stars I would. I could not wait any longer and would rather take pain killers in bed than sit in a chair for 7+ hours. This is not considering the people who left after waiting for a couple of minutes or hours. Worst experience.

My Mom received great care while living here. She was well taken care of and as happy as she could be. Kudos to the staff for their dedication. Thank you all
