Wait in the lab extremely long. No one at desk and no one seemed to care that we were there waiting so long. A few people came after ringing the bell, but they quickly disappeared again. Waited over 40 minutes to have a simple test done for my child who was already not feeling well. So disappointing and staff was rude.

This hospital has the single worst emergency department I have ever had the misfortune to need to visit. This hospital has the single worst emergency department I have ever had the misfortune to need to visit. Definitely do NOT go to this hospital for an emergency, you will not be seen for a MINIMUM of three hours. I had to visit while in the early stages of pregnancy because I had begun bleeding and was left alone for over three hours before anyone even checked the baby''s heartbeat. I later went in for a panic attack, and was left alone in an exam room for four hours. Today I took my sick mother in for a high fever, shortness of breath, shaking, chills, a long history of pneumonia and chronic bronchitis and she was left, alone, in the front waiting room, for an hour and a half. They always claim they are busy, but busy doesn''t sit at the desk playing on her phone while people are waiting. Avoid this hospital if at all possible.
