Do not believe the fake good reviews. This place was going to let my Mom die. They told me I should call family to let them know. No blood test or anything. This was after 2 weeks! An Agency nurse came in to work and called an ambulance. She was in ICU for several days and a total of 14 days in the hospital. The hospital staff could not believe the neglect. The hospital saved her life and needless to say, she didn’t go back.

My dad went in after a stay at the hospital to regain strength, so he could return to assisted living. They did an excellent job getting him back on his feet. That being said, there seems to be a lot of nurses in charge, as they call themselves. This resulted in a bit of chaos , as far as finding out his progress. They also lost a few items of clearly marked clothing. There were signs all over his room that stated family will do laundry. The other thing that didn’t sit quite right is them doing a EKG when he had just been released from a heart hospital that did that very thing. Their also seemed to be problems getting him released. His Medicare coverage was up, but they kept telling me he couldn’t be releases until insurance signed off. A supervisor finally okayed it, but it was not passed on to the nurses. In the end he is back home and doing well. Just watch your clothes there. Haha

However even with a mask as I entered the building I was hit with a nasty smell. It''s a dark and uninviting environment. I am disappointed my nephews would ever pick this place for their mother. It was around 9:30 am on a Sunday most of the patients didn''t even have their hair combed my sister''s bed was still unmade and the blankets looked like they were in need of a good cleaning. They told me what room was hers and the patient in the room they sent me to had to let me know where her real room was.

My mother in law was taken here for rehabilitation after breaking her hip. When she first got there another patient was trying to run out the front door. He was drooling with chocolate running down his face and attendants had to grab him to pull him back in the facility before my mother-in-law was able to enter. Once she got to her room, her husband wiped down one of the serving trays with a wet wipe and it was almost black from the amount of dirt. My mother-in-law said that the bathroom look like something you see in a scary movie at a gas station. Suffice she did not stay there over night. I think the health department should seriously investigate this facility.
