This is a clean, well run facility that we would recommend to all.

The staff go above and beyond.when I first came here, I could barely walk or stand, and now I’m doing so much better and can finally go home. Moraga post acute is a wonderful place!!
The care at Moraga Post Acute center was amazing. All of caregivers, doctors, and staff were kind, patient and caring. The facility is clean and very professionally run. We are grateful for the long-term care they provided for my father-in-law. We especially loved the outside spaces for visits.
I would give zero stars and have filed a police report with moraga police department and have contacted lawyers they almost killed my grandma. They didn’t give her medications for over 17 hours and left her in soiled underpants for 17 hours as well. She was supposed to be on a bipap machine during...
I would give zero stars and have filed a police report with moraga police department and have contacted lawyers they almost killed my grandma. They didn’t give her medications for over 17 hours and left her in soiled underpants for 17 hours as well. She was supposed to be on a bipap machine during the night and the one they put on her was broken and spitting water in her face they said they would fix it and never did. Her oxygen dropped below 60 and they had to 911 her back to the hospital where she almost didn’t make it. I don’t know how people could be so mean and careless but they almost cost my grandma her life
