As the owner of a placement agency here in Houston I found it rather shocking that the receptionist would hang up on me twice when I was trying to get in touch with their social worker so I could speak with them about possibly becoming a resource for them that would make their job much less stressful. I told her I wanted to speak with them and let them know that I have a large network of fine facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and quality personal care homes that I use to help families find a nice safe place to call home. I was about to say I wanted to get their email address and send them our informative email when I noticed the call ended abruptly. I called back and said the call had dropped and she hung up on me again. I guess she''s either having a bad day or doesn''t like her job. Whatever''s going on she''s not creating a positive image of the company.

This is the worst place to put your loved one please reconsider if you’re thinking about bringing someone that you love here, the staff is horrible and this place should be shut down.

Usually i write a review right when it comes to my mind, but i have held off a few weeks for this place. My sister has been here and at first I thought it wasn''t going to workout, but they have impressed me with their effort to get her back home. Nursing and therapy have done a strong job increasing her strength getting her stable. The food is hit or miss, but is pretty good. She enjoys activities when she wants to get out of her room. Special thanks to the quirky guy who fixed the tv, guess he''s some kind of repair man there. Overall it has been a good experience for our first time in a place like this.

I volunteered at this place for there activities department and I absolutely loved it!!! Unique and Jessica are very fun, kind-hearted, caring people. They really take care of the residents and try there best to make the residents happy. They are very involved with the residents and do a lot of fun...
