I cant say enough good things about everyone here. Covid-19 has been very hard, but all the staff goes above and beyond. I have nothing but praise for Allure of Mt. Carroll. My father went from living with assistance in his own home to assisted living to a memory care unit in a short period of time. That coupled with the pandemic and having to quarantine made for a very difficult transition. And then he fell and needed skilled care and rehab. Thats when we turned to Allure of Mt. Carroll. It was the best decision we ever made. He was now in a place familiar to him with people who knew him and a few he could remember. He was finally able to relax and adjust to his new surroundings. They opened their arms and hearts to him and made him feel welcome. They worked with him to get some strength back. They visited with him regularly and got him involved in activities. They set up weekly ZOOM meetings so he and I could talk and see each other. They truly made the difference for him and his adjustment. He is much happier now. I will be forever grateful for their care and compassion for my dad. They are angels.
