I am posting this so that other people might be able to save their loved ones from this experience. I feel if you are mobile at this facility and speak up for yourself it may be okay. here my review. The first day my mom was transferred here from a local hospital and I was not told .What an absolute nightmare! The first time I went there was pretty uneventful and the nurse went above and beyond to help my mom. first day there. The facility is in process of being remodeled, the room was pretty nice. And they said had a new Admin. The next time I went there I found my mom crying out help me because no one would help her go to the bathroom. While she was there she would wait up to one hour and a half to go to the bathroom. Staff would be standing in the room discussing how to move her for 15 min to up to half hour. Or they would say I have to go get help and never return. She was supposed to be there for rehab, not once did I ever see here get any rehab. The Dr. gave them an order for a straight cath because she had a urinary infection and 5 days later it had not been done.I asked every day no one seemed to have an answer. The day I took her out back to hospital she was severely impacted and dehydrated. One day I came she was in dining room when I got there and I found a new bottle of medications left on her bed from the pharmacy. It was still in the package. I took pictures. Twice while I was there they sat my mom once on commode with her night gown not pulled up it was covering her bottom. The next time with her pants were left up when they say her on the toilet. She was crying she was falling off so I went to hold her there so she wouldn''t fall while staff 2 CNAs and a nurse discussed how to lift her. The nurse informed me that they couldn''t use a gait belt because rules and regulations had changed! I blew up! Evening shift was totally abominable! One CNA even asked me to lift my mom because I was alot bigger than her and she couldn''t lift that much. You decide would you want your loved one there?

Staff doesn’t take care of patients there. Horrible place to put people.

This place is awful! If you wanna drop a love one off to die this is your place. Everyday we had to remind the staff members how to care for my grandma. From giving her food she couldn''t chew to giving her medication she couldn''t swallow. They made my grandma feel like a burden when she needed help. The room she was staying in was gross. The Poop stain in the middle of the floor was a awesome extra. We brought in a nice comforter for her and we never got home with it.
