Please do not allow your loved ones to come here. Was working here luckily I got let go and I can’t be more happier. Been here since January as a TNA with the promise to become a CNA.. they never delivered. Every time you asked about classes they never knew anything. State started coming they were failing their inspections. State would ask the TNAs their job title and we were told to say CNA. They even made us badges just so state wouldn’t ask us anything. I’ve witnessed nurses allowing TNAs to pack wounds.. and just a lot of other things but I’m just pleading with anyone thinking about here.. no. Please try Colonial Heights or somewhere.

Would not recommend working there, SO unprofessional !!! And for certain does not care about the residents. I wouldn’t NOT bring your loved ones.
