90 year old Grandmother was sent back to the hospital with several bad bedsores a UTI, a septic staph infection, she was hollering in pain according to the report we got from sturdy, to the point where she had to be given morphine. No one answered the several phone calls that 5 different family members made several times. We are in contact with a social worker, this was unacceptable, and flat out elder abuse. Terrible.

Awful place to send a family member to. The facility does not care for its residents and treats them like prisoners. The staff breaks HIPAA and management covers it up and does nothing. How do I know? I have a family member in that facility. If I can get his caregiver to remove my family member, they would be removed right away. If you don''t have a heart, by all means, send your family here. However, if you love your family member, RUN!!!!!

Horrible place, with Covid can''t visit so rely on inept staff, don''t return calls or pick up the phone. This place made my Mom worse and she died. She went here for rehab and never received the attention she deserved. Instead she received, bed ulcer sores, dehydration, a bed too small for her, UTI infection, staph infection, pneumonia, and wasn''t being fed properly. They are now being investigated.
Read moreIt is absolutely outrageous that I cannot get anyone from administration to call me back about my Mother. It has been weeks! Zero return calls. I will spend tomorrow calling the DPH, any and all local Ombudsmen and any media that will hear me.
The worst place known to man! One week was enough for me!! Nurses hitting me and punching me! I have nightmares about it!!

This facility made my grandmother’s health significantly worse. She was transferred there to recover from a heart attack and receive PT. Due to COVID we couldn’t visit her or any staff in-person, however it was extremely difficult to contact anyone, if at all. Even if they actually called us back, we would receive different prognoses and updates. A month later, she was transferred back to the hospital due to staph infection, UTI, pneumonia, horrible bed sores, rashes, difficulty eating, and signs of an unconfirmed stroke—all issues that should not have gone unnoticed in an institution meant to monitor and improve her health. They didn’t even contact her healthcare proxy when this happened. She passed away due to these complications. It saddens me that my family will never know the full extent of the abuse they inflicted on her, and that others have similar experiences. NO ONE deserves to be treated like this. They deserve to be shut down, absolutely disgusting behavior from people who are supposed to be healthcare professionals.
