DO NOT send anyone you care about here! Aids more interested in their cell phones than the people in their care. Feeding their faces rather than feeding their clients. Family wishes or special requests totally disregarded and ignored. Personal items missing. I never once stopped in for an unannounced visit that they didn''t have my mom in bed even though they were repeatedly asked not to keep her in bed all day, any day. I am truly sorry and ashamed my mother spent the last two years of her life in this place. Just say NO to Glen Oaks.
