Maintenance leaves much to be desired and we longer have a Residential Nurse here Monday thru Friday but share her with Luther Ridge Spiritrust. Two days one week, three the next. Have major problem with squirrels and smaller critters eating thru wiring underneath cars. Apartment dwellers have no garage parking available. This year and last have had expensive car repairs
