IF I could give it a zero star rating I WOULD! DIRTY, DISGUSTING, LACK OF REPSECT, CARING, EVERYTHING STEMMING FROM MANAGEMENT TO JANITORIAL. Short staffed or not the quality of care for a human being should be the MOST IMPORTANT factor in the day to day and yet IT IS NOT HERE!!! the ABSOLUTE bare minimum is being provided to the residents here!!!!! NOONE seems to know what ANYONE is doing for their jobs, NO COMMUNICATION for any sort of care happens between staff. ALOT of what I would hear was "I''m not usually over this side", or "this is not my usual job", "noone conveyed that information to me". NEVER will I recommended this place to anyone EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! LIES told by staff when questioned about my mother''s care..."ohhhhh she''s doing great!!!!! Not much of a talker though" A DUHHHHHHHHH she''s a non verbal dementia patient!! I mean seriously how can you NOT know that information?, yet here you are "caring" for her?????????????? TOTAL INCOMPETENCE here! AGAIN STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start on a positive note, The OT & PT therapists were absolutely fantastic & can''t praise them enough for the job that they did. However, I had the misfortune of having a loved one stay here for roughly two weeks(Never Again!) I didn''t see the level of neglect as some of the other reviewers...

Let me start on a positive note, The OT & PT therapists were absolutely fantastic & can''t praise them enough for the job that they did. However, I had the misfortune of having a loved one stay here for roughly two weeks(Never Again!) I didn''t see the level of neglect as some of the other reviewers did, however I can tell you that this nursing home is extremely unstaffed or just not monitored especially after 430pm & because of this call bells from patients go unanswered or just ignored. Screams from patients for help/assistance & call bells echo the hallways constantly.The first night there I had to lift and carry my mother to the toilet because the call bell was ignored for 35 minutes, when I walked to the nurses station & asked for assistance I was told "That''s not my station", when I asked for clarification, thinking I had to go to a different nursing station, I was told ''No, the person who covers that hallway sit here and I sit there, It''s not my job to cover her area" A few days later, the patient next to my mother accidentally wet the bed & I heard the aid who finally came to the room after 39 mins !!! ( We timed it) ask with attitude " what do you want me to do?" That poor woman was given a towel and laid in piss laden sheets for the entire weekend till Monday. Like in many places you have good employees & bad ones, it''s unfortunate that the bad ones make staying here more stressful & traumatic on both patients & family. Do yourself a favor and find another nursing home that will care for your loved one the way you would and not let people who lack empathy & seem more focused on their job descriptions vs care & dignity of the patients.
