Terrible place! Lots of violations from the State. They should have closed the place down years ago! 2 nurses tried giving my mom the wrong pills and thank God my she caught it but other residents did not. I''ve had to call the state on them 4 times. The food was horrible too. They tried over charging too but didn''t get away with it. The only time oxyen is available is if it''s out of the residents own pocket and they have to go through the stress of setting it up themselves or their loved ones can but some residents don''t have anyone to help them. If you witness something that shouldn''t be happening please report it to the State of Iowa!
