My father has been at several different nursing homes throughout Orange County over the past several months, and he has been happiest at this one. The staff are kind and patient with him, the food is good (he cleans his plate at every meal), and visiting him is very smooth, mainly because there’s ample parking and the check in process is quick and organized. The place is really well run and we are so thankful to have a spot here!

My daughter was in the sub-acute unit at Garden Park which is clean & has beautiful grounds. But don''t let outward appearances fool you. They kept sending my daughter to the hospital complaining she was having seizures when it has been determined she wasn''t. This caused numerous setbacks and, for that reason, I transfered her to a different facility that was closer to friends & family & more experienced in sub-acute care & treatments. The new facility follows her doctor''s orders & communicates with friends & family much better. Immediately following the transfer, my daughter''s clothing & expensive, specially-designed arm brace went missing as per "Pinky," the sub-acute manager at Garden Park. This is a travesty, yet Pinky is dismissive of it. We had to wait months to get that brace. Pinky also canceled my daughter''s endocrinologist appointment without notifying us or her new facility! We had waited months for that appointment, & now we have to wait many more months! This could be a matter of life and death, & Pinky at Garden Park couldn''t even bother to tell the specialist where my daughter is now located -- instead she just canceled this important appointment with no notice to anyone. This might require a formal complaint with health authorities. Finally, although the facility looks well-maintained, the upper level staff does what THEY want with little or no regard for the resident, her doctor, family & friends. I DO NOT recommend this facility.

A relative has been here for over a month, following multiple ER visits. I will admit to being a little worried upon reading some of the negative reviews included here. That said, I have had only a positive experience, and my relative is getting excellent care. The staff is professional, receptive, and very helpful. While I am sorry to read of others'' negative experiences, the place they describe is one I don''t recognize. My relative is getting great physical therapy, kind assistance with bathing and other bathroom needs, and seems very happy. Sending a relative to this kind of facility is never a joy, hence the 4 stars, but, for a care/rehab/sub acute facility, this place is run wonderfully well!

Garden park was a wonderful experience for me and my mom the staff was very helpful and I wanna thank Faby for all of her help she was great
