I have been a silent observer of senior living facilities and I can't understand why. Why is there no drug testing policy for employees and prospects.to know the COVID epidemic is growing with this winter season and lack of care being pushed due to under staffing and general respect and responsibility. Why do staff from front line to cleaning and laundry continue to slip past. I feel residents and other responsible employees should be able to have a drug free place to work and live. Showing up and filling time with slackers at workplace. What do we as caring people do? I won't stand by and wait for some stoner to forget something clean mixed in with something dirty. Why Laundry and COVID contaminated materials are cleaned in the same wash room together. Some of these lower level people show no care.so after token before work, lunch break or just afterwork let's take a small chance to mix and cross contaminate.even the idea you can just sparks a here for a check mentally. I need to step up and let people know the younger kids doing nothing at all ( as far as work) And the senior staffers to the newest prospect should be observed. Doing a random drug and alcohol test during and before hiring is absolutely in order.
