I had an in-person tour of Fox Trail Memory Care Living. I liked their bed-and-breakfast style and their accommodations. What I liked the least about it was that it seemed like there was only one common room for both dining and watching TV. I only met one person, and she was very pleasant. They seemed a little bit above average as far as amenities go. I would say there is still room for improvement. They had laundry services and activities. I didn't love the entrance way and the fact that it seemed like everything was very circular, so it was hard to keep track. I felt like it was very cramped and turning. Also, the open staircase was a little concerning with mobility issues and things like that for my grandmother. I thought there was a danger aspect to it. It's fairly close to Holy Name Hospital.

We moved my father to this community in November. We never thought we would be able to convince him to leave his home and truthfully it was a process. He has surprised me and my sisters and I by settling in quickly and accepting help from the care team. He has even gained a couple of pounds from their homemade meals. We visit often but know he is happy and well cared for when we cannot be there. We are very grateful. Thank you!
