Evergreen Care Center provides great care to the residents. The Staff are friendly and offer the support the residents need while in their care. Great place to receive wound care and therapy.
One star only because I can''t give you any less.

Very very unprofessional especially Robert the D.O.N, He told me he hire me as a MDS in the end he tells me after I quit my other job that he was only going to need me for LVN position he also confirm me AM SHIFTS he change it to night shifts he confirm with me $28hr he then change it to $23 lots of lies. I have text messages of him confirming what I was going to get. I will definitely take to board of labor very unprofessional and alot of lies.
