The room, laundry, linen changes, housekeeping, utilities and transportation are including in the monthly rate. We toured both the assisted living and memory care of Fountain Square of Lompoc. It was very nice. The staff was also very nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. The tour was thorough, and I had a really good experience there. They only have rooms, but they were clean, well taken care of, and well maintained. They had a game room, a schedule that listed all the different activities throughout the week, an outside area where people can go out and relax, and a shuttle that takes the residents shopping and to doctor's appointments. The dining area was very nice too. It's a very small community living facility, so it was very intimate.
