I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone who care about their family members. The food is horrible and the staff steal from the residence. Items come up missing and the staff blame the bed ridden patients for losing it. The staff dont respond to the call bell. The phones are always broken and ...
I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone who care about their family members. The food is horrible and the staff steal from the residence. Items come up missing and the staff blame the bed ridden patients for losing it. The staff dont respond to the call bell. The phones are always broken and the business office staff do not take care of the patient business. I have been waiting 2 months for the business office to take care of some personal needs of my family member and its still not handled. Every week it’s a new excuse on why it’s not handled. Ms Carter in the business office need to do her job and stop blaming others for her lack of motivation of getting her job done. I’m waiting for call backs or the patient is not well enough to come down to see me is her favorite excuse. 2 months later she still hearing the same excuses. The staff leave the patients in bed all day to get bed soars. The don’t a safe place for mobile patients to come out side for fresh air except the parking lot. Smoking patients sit at the entrance all day. If you love your love ones avoid this place.

My partner was in this place and all I can tell you is,do not put anyone you care about in there!They just want to drug old folks up and keep them there as long as they can get insurance money out of them.The worst care available.

We were informed no visitors were allowed due to Covid quarantine of the patient and they sounded annoyed...
Don''t take your loved ones here!!! My dad was taken here for rehab from the hospital he was at and this rehab center did a very poor job communicating with the family and taking care of my dad. We were informed no visitors were allowed due to Covid quarantine of the patient and they sounded annoyed at times when we would call them for my dad''s status. My dad would tell us he wants to go home over the phone because noone was helping him and it takes the staff a long time to answer his calls!! He was practically paralyzed. He said he fell off the bed twice and NOONE came in to help him right away. He said he waited so long for help even after screaming and pushing the call button so many times!!!! Then they called us one day and told us my dad was being rushed to the hospital because he was lethargic and unresponsive! He went to the hospital and they found out he had pneumonia and had to be put on the ventilator. He passed after about a week at the hospital. Now I''m wondering if the rehab was attentive enough to give my dad all his medication, did they help feed him? Did they check up on him often enough to see if he was ok? How many times did his help call go unanswered? I''m so angry with this facility so please if you want your loved ones to be well looked after, find another place. DO NOT take them here!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My elderly father caught covid here after transferring to recover from a minor surgery. He went from walking enough to return home in a week to an unresponsive coma. The last time I was able to speak to him, he told me that some of his caretakers were rough with him by yanking him around. I wish I had sent my dad anywhere else. I''m pretty sure he''d still be alive today. I''m not interested in a canned "SoRrY uR uNhApPy" message from the facility so don''t bother. The care was substandard and ya''ll knew it. You did not do your best for my dad and you ultimately failed him as a elder from the community. I will never forget, I will never heal and I do not forgive this place for anything. Put that on the books.
