My parents are in Flatirons Terrace Retirement Community. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The physical facility itself is very nice. They have activities, of course, limited with the COVID shutdown, but they've started that up again. They're very nice and very accommodating. They handled the COVID situation very well. For instance, they shut down the dining room and they delivered meals to each resident's apartment every day and that worked very well. They were really careful about visitors in the facility. I don't believe they had any problems with Covid with their residents in terms of people staying healthy because of their safeguards. It's a very, very nice facility. I wouldn't classify it as like a 5-star or amazing service, but it's very nice. It's relatively new. Everything is maintained well there. All their needs are taken care of. The staff is accommodating. They have a variety of rooms. My parents are in a two-bedroom. I know they have one-bedrooms. They have a library, a workout room, and a nice dining room. It just didn't have a lot of the luxury touches that I think other places might have. The food is pretty good.
