My father was here recently for rehab due to complications from a joint replacement. Getting him discharged was an ultimate nightmare. The staff was less than communicative and told each family member, my dad, mom, and myself a different story as to if/when he would be discharged. It got to a poi...
My father was here recently for rehab due to complications from a joint replacement. Getting him discharged was an ultimate nightmare. The staff was less than communicative and told each family member, my dad, mom, and myself a different story as to if/when he would be discharged. It got to a point where we couldn''t'' even locate the person who was supposed to be in charge with his case which was even more frustrating. Not to mention he had cold meals on more than one occasion. Save yourself the frustration and find a better facility, because these people don''t have it together at all. The only reason this facility is getting 1 star is because my dad enjoyed the tv channel selection they had.

Please keep your loved ones away. My grandma died after a short stay here from sepsis shock due to lack of care. She kept a journal and details staff abuse from neglecting her. It’s horrifying and with me living out of state, I did not know how bad it really was...it was 2months and 2 weeks and she was gone. This could of been avoided had the staff changed diapers and took repositioning patients seriously.

I would like to recognize (Madison M. ) she is wonderful she was a great help with my mom this weekend . I was very frustrated with the front desk and the phones system at this facility . I know they just got a new phone system but they need help with the front desk and answering phones . It’s frustrating when you want to reach your family member and you can’t reach No one . Then when they do answer the phone they transfer you or say they can’t transfer you . Or the other excuse she busy. But what happen today tops everything else that I was annoyed about . So this morning I call the facility (another lazy person )answers the phone and say your mom is eating breakfast call back in a hour . So I knew she was lying so I hung up and jumped on the fwy and drove there in 15 minutes . When I arrived there my mom was still sleep in bed in her pjs . Haven’t woke up for breakfast or anything else yet . Who is in control of theses employees ??? Everybody doing what they want to do . Anyway this is the nicest , cleanest facility I ever been too just need more workers that really care about the patients and the job … more employees need to learn and watch (Madison M) she is an example of going above and beyond …
