These employees need to understand their jobs are to give the best care possible to the patients we as family members trust them to give. It’s healthcare, NOT a photo op. After several falls, medications given wrong or not given at all, and a bed sore down to the bone all in less than 30 days I got my mom out of there. She is in a facility in a neighboring town, and doing fantastic now. The wound isn’t totally healed, but is progressing. There isn’t one person on that administrative team from billing to social services to nursing to the administrator I would trust to care for a rat. They pretend to care and pretend to want to save the world, but only if it gets them the attention they so desperately crave.
