They've just been wonderful with communication. They keep us informed about everything that's going on, about how our loved one is doing, if they have any concerns. I feel like they truly show concern and care for their residents, and I know that the owner seems very proactive in getting to the bottom of situations. For instance, when my loved one wasn't eating, she was really hands-on in trying to figure out what was going on. And that was a great comfort to me. I didn't have a lot of chance to go inside, but in the common area or TV area, it just looked very nice and clean. My loved one's bedroom seemed very well kept up, and the dining room where we spent some of our visits always seemed very neat and clean. I've already been telling folks in the same situation with their family members that this is a really great place, being smaller. They were able to see things more quickly if there was a problem, and our loved one never had to wait for meals or attention. The smaller scenario has been a real plus for us. They told me when we first took her here that she would never be by herself since she was a fall risk. If she ever needs to get up, they're right there to help. And again, that's such a comfort. This has been a bit of a weird situation with Covid, and our loved one has not had the opportunity to enjoy the facility in full as we had hoped, since she's been declining. But when we first moved her in, we saw the activities that they have, and I was pleased they had a good schedule/routine to keep the residents active.
